Policies

At this time we are meeting both in-person and via HIPAA-compliant telehealth depending on the preference of the client. We reserve the right to move to telehealth only when that is the CDC recommendation.

We accept HSA, online payment, cash, and most major credit cards. Lissa is also in-network with BCBS and Aetna insurance and can provide you with a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement with most major insurances.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full session charge; if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full session fee.
